I — MANUFACTURING
Fabricated, assembled and run-tested under one roof.
Stainless steel casing, extruded aluminium freezing plate, hot-dipped galvanised stand. Every unit is specified around your product, tray size and throughput before a plate is cut.
II — CONTRACT BUILDING
A frozen room is a building, not an appliance.
Processing rooms, chiller rooms and freezer rooms, each built to a customised size according to customer requirement and needs. We take the whole room as one contract — insulated panels, floor and vapour detail, doors, refrigeration plant, controls and commissioning — so there is one drawing set and one party accountable for the temperature you signed for.
Survey and load study
Volume, product turnover, entry cycles, ambient conditions.
Drawings and fixed price
Panel layout, plant room, single-line electrical, priced schedule.
Construction and install
Panels, doors, piping and refrigeration plant by our own crews.

III — WORKSHOP SERVICES
The workshop also takes outside work.
Our fibre laser, press brake and punching machines cut and form the steel for our own freezers. That same capacity is open to local factories, workshops and contractors — from a single part to a production batch.

Built in Kedah, shipped across South East Asia.
FULLY REFRIGERATION WORKS
Our story began in 1989, when we opened our doors as Fully Refrigeration Works. Over more than three decades the business grew steadily — from refrigeration work into designing and building our own freezing equipment, and on to delivering complete cold rooms — and in time became the company we are today: Unifrost Machinery Sdn Bhd.
Today we manufacture freezing and chilling equipment at our own workshop in Kawasan Perindustrian Cendana, Sungai Petani, and build cold rooms for food processing, seafood and cold-chain operators.
Our plate freezers, water chillers and plate ice machines are supplied beyond Malaysia to Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam and other South East Asian markets, where the same seafood and food processing plants run them in tropical ambient conditions.
Because the machinery and the room come from the same company, the duty on the drawing is the duty that gets installed — and the same team is there for service afterwards.
